The Contractor to remove and replace asphalt parking lots four in total. Locations are – by unit 501 and the playground, west parking lot off the alley, and at 11301, 11311 Oakfield Dr SW.
Cedarbrae 5 (CED5) – Scope of Work
The Contractor will remove and replace all unit fencing.
Erinwoods 1 (ERI1) – Scope of Work
The Contractor to remove and replace west boundary fence.
Millrise 1 (MIL1) – Scope of Work
The contractor to paint all unit fences and gates.

Contractor to remove and replace asphalt parking lot.
Radisson Heights 7 (ALB7) – Scope of Work
Contractor to remove and replace all existing wood railings and asphalt from the rear parking lot.
Transfer 5 (ABB7) – Scope of Work
The contractor to remove and replace unit fencing and patio stone walkways.
Whitehorn 3 (WHI3) – Scope of Work
The contractor to remove and replace patio stone walkway with concrete.
Beddington 5 (BED5) – Scope of Work
The Contractor to remove and replace all unit fencing and gates.
Vista Heights 2 (VIS2) – Scope of Work
The Contractor to remove all unit patio stone walkways and replace with concrete as well as marked common area locations.
Crossroads 1 – TH (MAL2) – Scope of Work
Contractor to replace all garbage enclosures, unit fencing, concrete curbs, parking abutments, and concrete steps and entrances. See drawing for garbage enclosure sketch.
Ranchlands 6 (RAN6) – Scope of Work
Contractor to remove and replace all asphalt from the parking lot and two driveways.
