Description

This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

The City of Calgary (“The City”) require ongoing scaffolding services for the Water and wastewater Treatment Plants and water treatment secondary pump stations.

Scaffolding services will be provided, as required, for all City of Calgary scaffolding needs for Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Business Units. Work includes but is not limited to:

Design of all required scaffolding
Rental of all required scaffolding
Installation of required scaffolding
Disassembly and removal of scaffolding, upon completion of work
Transportation of required scaffolding, personnel, and tools to and from site
21 day safety inspections, or any other safety inspections required for scaffolding

Any additional scaffolding related services

The Supplier is to provide all required equipment for scaffolding services.

All proponent is expected to submit a completed proposal including all information in Appendix H and required documents.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
