The Contractor shall provide services for :

Supply, install new five foot wood fencing and gates.Install asphalt overlay on all parking areas as well as installing new low profile concrete parking abutments (where needed). Approximately 30,000 square feet of overlay. Remove and install concrete by high rise location as per site map.

Additional Bidding Instructions

MANDATORY TENDER CRITERIA

The following items must be submitted with your bid.

 1. Photocopy of valid Commercial General Liability Insurance $5,000,000.

2. Photocopy of Workers’ Compensation Board clearance letter of good standing dated no earlier than seven (7) days prior to this Tender Closing Date.
3. Proof of valid COC Business License or active registered entity pursuant to Business Corporations Act (Alberta), or COC Business ID number.
4. Photocopy of current Certificate of Recognition or a Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (COR/SECOR) or a copy of a Safety Management System acceptable to CHC.
5. Tenderer must provide a Statement of Disclosure signed by any member of Calgary City Council, Calgary City Officer, Calgary Housing Company, or City of Calgary employee who has or holds, directly or indirectly an interest in the company or Tender.
