Description

PKH2 - Parkhill 2, circa 1969, is a 3-storey, 9 Suite apartment building located at 3824 Parkhill Place SW. The exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) system has been identified as requiring repairs.
BED5 - Beddington 5, circa 1980, is comprised of 5-3 Suite Townhouses, for a total of 15 Suites, located at various locations. The basement windows and window wells have been identified as deficient and will require replacement.
NHV3 - North Haven 3, circa 1982, is comprised of 13 Buildings which include 8 duplex’s, 2-5 Suite Townhouses, 1-6 Suite Townhouse and 2-4 Suite Townhouse for a total of 40 Suites, located at Niven Place NW. The basement windows and window wells have been identified as deficient and will require replacement.
VIS2 - Vista Heights 2, circa 1983, is comprised of 11 Townhouses, for a total of 52 Suites, located at Ventura Terrace NE. The basement windows and window wells have been identified as deficient and will require replacement.
MAL1 - Cedar Court, circa 1969, is comprised of 4-6 Suite apartment buildings, 4-8 Suite townhouses, 1-9 Suite townhouse, located at 1820 14 Avenue NE. The townhouse basement windows, apartment suspended concrete balcony slabs, apartment and townhouse brick façade, and townhouse and apartment downspouts have been identified as requiring repairs or replacement.
CAP2 – Capitol Hill 2 (Tamarac House), circa 1972, is a 3-storey apartment building with 18 Suites, located at 1215 17 Avenue NW. All wood Suite entry doors, fire doors and associated frames were identified as requiring replacement.
