Description

Vista Heights 2

Contractor to remove and replace all unit fencing and replace with new five foot wood fence. Contractor to supply new electrical line to existing garbage garage so that new lights, and new garage door can be installed.
Penbrook 1

Contractor to install new LED exterior pole mounted lights and new LED motion sensor lights. Site grading, buried downspouts and fence staining.

Bowness 3
Contractor to remove and replace marked concrete walkways, install poured walkway through yards to a poured step/landing. Remove existing wooden railing with attached car plugs and replace with powder coated steel.
Forest Heights 1
Contractor to remove existing chain link fence and replace with new five foot wood fence.
Ogden 3

Contractor to remove existing chain link fence and replace with new five foot wood fence.

Ogden 1

Crescent Heights 3

Contractor to remove and replace marked concrete walkways with newly poured concrete to match existing. Contractor to remove all grass areas and replace with sod, and trim all hedges.

Crescent Heights 1

The contractor to remove and replace all fencing on the west and north sides of the building with new six foot wood fence. Contractor to pour new concrete walkway on the east side of the building. Contractor to remove and replace all parking plugs with either covered wall mounted or post style plug-ins. Contractor to provide site landscaping.
